As an interested party, customer, donor and e-newsletter subscriber of SolidarMed, you provide us with personal data via the Internet, post or telephone, which we record in our internal and self-administered address database for the purpose of processing your donation or information request. To give you an idea of the impact of your donations, we regularly inform you about our work. We will adapt to your wishes at any time and change your contact details, reduce the frequency and method of delivery of the mailings or block your address so that you do not receive any further mailings.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us and therefore a matter for all SolidarMed employees. This includes paid employees as well as volunteers. SolidarMed does not trade in addresses, does not rent, sell or exchange any personal data and complies with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the data protection legislation and the regulations of ZEWO and of Swissfundraising, the Swiss Association of Fundraisers.

Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, within this framework, conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
With the help of the following service providers
Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
Facebook Incorporated 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA
information is collected about the surfing behaviour of website visitors and stored in anonymous and/or pseudonymised form for marketing purposes and for the continuous improvement of the offer. With the help of a so-called "web bug", site visitors can be identified technically and without personal reference, and pseudonymised profiles can then be created. The data is then stored on your computer in encrypted and compressed form using cookies. This cookie is only accessible to the visitor himself and the service provider.
The service providers analyse the surfing behaviour and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalised advertising banners on other websites. Under no circumstances can this data be used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The collected data will only be used to improve the offer. Any other use or disclosure to third parties will not take place. The data determined by the offer do not contain any personal data.
Using Facebook plug-ins
We have integrated so-called plugins of the social network facebook.com (hereinafter "Facebook") into our Internet presence. Facebook is a company of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. A list and the appearance of these Facebook plugins can be viewed at this Internet address .
Each time you access a page on our website that is equipped with such a plugin, the plugin causes the browser you are using to load and display the visual representation of the plugin from the Facebook server. The Facebook server is informed which particular website of our Internet presence you are currently visiting. If you are a member of Facebook and logged into Facebook during your visit to our website, Facebook uses the information sent by the plugin to recognize which specific page of our website you are currently visiting and assigns this to your personal user account on Facebook. If you now activate one of the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or by submitting a comment, this will be sent to your personal user account on Facebook and saved there. In addition, the information that you have visited our website is transmitted to Facebook, regardless of whether you activate one of the plug-ins or not.
If you want to prevent the transmission and storage of data and surfing behaviour concerning you to Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. To block the future collection and sharing of your visitor data by Facebook plug-ins, you can obtain a browser add-on called "Facebook Blocker" for some Internet browsers. Please do not delete the browser add-on as long as you wish to block the Facebook plug-ins.
At the following Internet address you will find Facebook's data protection information with more detailed information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, on your rights in this regard and on the setting options to protect your privacy.
